Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another guest.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours, rescheduled last-minute, or missed without notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
I completely understand that things come up, and I always do my best to extend grace when I can. That said, repeated last-minute changes may require a deposit to reserve future appointments.
